Business Valuer
- Bachelor in accounting or finance (business valuer)
- Min. GPA 3.5/4.00 from reputable university
- Work experience in related field (min. 1 year)
- Fresh graduate is acceptable (assistant valuer)
Requirements
- MAPPI qualification (P/T)
- Have registered appraiser certificate (RMK), preferred fluent in English (written and spoken)

The transformation from a corporation (previously PT Heburinas Nusantara in association with CBRE) to a partnership (KJPP RHR) is to comply with the Ministry of Finance regulation. The firm has all the track record of PT Heburinas Nusantara (est. in 1984) and has been registered in the Ministry of Finance, BAPEPAM (Capital Market Supervisory Agency) and all major government and private banks. Since 1 March 2011, KJPP RHR has ‘strategic alliance’ with CBRE to conduct valuation and advisory services in Indonesia. Partners have license in property and business valuation and registered as Public Valuer in the Ministry of Finance and Financial Services Authority – FSA or OJK. Currently there are 19 public valuers (licensed in MOF) and 89 registered valuers in MAPPI (Indonesian Society of Appraisers).
