Job Description
- Translate Director and strategies into actionable commercial plans
- Define timelines, milestones, and ownership
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution across sales & marketing
- Drive execution of marketing & sales transformation initiatives
- Enforce SOPs, KPIs, and structured commercial processes
- Ensure consistency and discipline across teams
- Ensure commercial processes are structured, measurable, and scalable
- Oversee adoption of CRM, tools, and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies in funnel and execution, and implement improvements
- Track performance across funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics
- Identify gaps, root causes, and propose solutions
- Report insights directly to Director and consultants
- Bridge Director, consultants, and team
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Lead adoption of new strategies, systems, and ways of working
Scope
- Sales funnel & pipeline management
- Conversion and revenue optimization
- Pricing strategy & margin improvement
- Commercial execution across channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Commercial roles
- Strong understanding of sales funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics
- Strong execution mindset and performance-driven
- Analytical and data-driven thinking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
