Job Description
- Translate Director strategies into actionable operational plans
- Define timelines, milestones, and ownership
- Ensure alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations
- Drive execution of transformation initiatives across operational functions
- Enforce SOPs, KPIs, and standardized workflows
- Ensure consistency and discipline in execution across teams
- Ensure processes are repeatable, auditable, and scalable
- Oversee adoption of systems, tools, and workflows
- Identify inefficiencies across operations and implement improvements
- Track operational performance using data and defined metrics
- Identify gaps, root causes, and propose solutions
- Report progress and insights directly to Director and consultants
- Act as a bridge between Director, consultants, and operational teams
- Drive alignment across Operations, Finance, and related functions
- Lead adoption of new processes and ways of working

- Distribution & logistics
- Store operations & business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Operations / Supply Chain / Warehouse
- Strong execution mindset and process discipline
- Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally
