About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thinks analytically, moves quickly from insight to execution, and enjoys solving ambiguous business problems.
Strategic Projects
- Identify and analyze new growth opportunities across product, sales, and operations.
- Lead strategic initiatives that improve revenue, efficiency, or user experience.
- Translate high-level business goals into clear execution plans.
Operational Excellence
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design systems to improve processes.
- Build frameworks, dashboards, and SOPs that help teams operate more efficiently.
- Support cross-team coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
Data & Insights
- Analyze business metrics (growth, revenue, funnel performance, retention).
- Produce structured insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Work closely with BI and Product teams to improve data-driven decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to execute strategic priorities.
- Monitor progress of major company initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working with data, models, and business metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
Bonus Points
- Background in consulting, startups, or fast-growing tech companies.
- Experience with SQL or data analysis.
- Familiarity with SaaS or marketplace business models.
