About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and well-connected individual to help us grow our business presence in Indonesia. As a Business Relationship Associate, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting us with potential local partners across the financial services sector.

What You’ll Do
· Identify and research potential business leads in Indonesia
· Reach out to and engage decision-makers at targeted companies
· Arrange introductions or meetings with our business team
· Maintain clear communication and regular follow-ups with potential partners
· Help expand our local business network through your existing relationships and market knowledge
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
· Based in Indonesia or strong familiarity with the Indonesian market
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both spoken and written)
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
· Self-driven and highly organized
· Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or sales is helpful but not required
· Connections or familiarity within the financial or fintech sectors is a definite plus
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. You’ll be compensated for each successful introduction that results in a qualified business engagement. The more impact you create, the more you earn.
