- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
- Enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with different teams.
Requirements
What You’ll Learn and Do With Us:
- Learn how to map out workflows and business processes using flowcharts and process diagrams.
- Develop skills in analyzing existing processes to find inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Practice how to design or improve business processes based on real data and insights.
- Get hands-on experience in creating clear, structured documentation, including SOPs and process guides.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and translate complex ideas into visual, easy-to-follow workflows.
- Sharpen your communication skills through report writing and supporting internal presentations on process improvement ideas.
