Job Description
- Self-starting and able to adapt work priorities in response to complex or changing environment.
- Lead business process re-engineering projects and aim to removes waste, streamline and improve the workflows within the company.
- Drive optimization by identifying areas of improvement opportunity, defining and planning projects to improve performance.
- Manage center of excellence projects from beginning to end; define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Advise, control and monitor the Business Process Improvement/Reengineering Project or Program.
- Formulate the Policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as part of Business Process Improvement, Reengineering, and Automation initiatives for optimizing business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferably from reputable university.
- 4+ years experience in FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of business model, strategic management, business process diagnostics / assessment, Business Acumen, and other related knowledge
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Placement : South Jakarta
