Job Description
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and standardize SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
- Translate operational needs into system or application requirements
- Support development or enhancement of internal systems/tools
- Monitor and evaluate process improvements and system effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to understand business processes and translate them into system needs
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
