Job Description

Analyze existing business processes and associated IT systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for technological enhancement.
Proactively gather and analyze user feedback, requests, and complaints to pinpoint operational pain points and drive opportunities for process and system improvements.
Design and develop optimized business processes primarily by leveraging IT-based solutions, automation, and system integration.
Collaborate with IT Development teams to define system requirements, evaluate technological feasibility, and facilitate the implementation of process changes.
Lead or support the implementation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and smooth user adoption.
Serve as a bridge between business functions and IT, driving continuous process innovation enabled by technology.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, IT Business Analysis, or Operations Management with a strong systems focus.
Proven expertise in process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering methodologies, with an understanding of IT system implications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of dissecting complex system-related process issues.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and vice-versa.
Basic proficiency in process modeling tools and hands-on experience with enterprise systems
