Job Description
- Analyze existing business processes and associated IT systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for technological enhancement.
- Proactively gather and analyze user feedback, requests, and complaints to pinpoint operational pain points and drive opportunities for process and system improvements.
- Design and develop optimized business processes primarily by leveraging IT-based solutions, automation, and system integration.
- Collaborate with IT Development teams to define system requirements, evaluate technological feasibility, and facilitate the implementation of process changes.
- Lead or support the implementation of new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and smooth user adoption.
- Serve as a bridge between business functions and IT, driving continuous process innovation enabled by technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, IT Business Analysis, or Operations Management with a strong systems focus.
- Proven expertise in process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering methodologies, with an understanding of IT system implications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, capable of dissecting complex system-related process issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and vice-versa.
- Basic proficiency in process modeling tools and hands-on experience with enterprise systems
