Job Description
- Develop a systematic approach to track business performance
- Provide performance forecasts and trends to management
- Regularly update dashboards and key reports for stakeholders
- Liaise with functional leaders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Assist in strategic initiatives by providing relevant data insights
- Manage ad-hoc performance analysis request
Requirements
- Bachelor/master's degree in finance, finance administration, or a related field
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in commercial finance or operations roles within the fintech industry
- Experience in managing performance KPIs and creating business reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and performance reports
- Experience in KPI monitoring and business performance analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team oriented and self motivated
