Job Description
- Support day-to-day operations across Business, Sales, and HR.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
- Support recruitment administration and maintain candidate databases.
- Support SDR operations, including lead list preparation, CRM updates, and data management.
- Handle basic administrative follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Prepare simple reports for recruitment, sales, and operational activities.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks across teams.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Fast learner and comfortable working with different tools/software.
- Able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Previous internship experience in HR, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Recruitment is a plus.
