Job Description
As our Astronaut, you will be doing:
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Operations Excellence, Supply Chain and Product Team to evaluate, improve and maintain the core operational process to ensure an efficient and productive workflow.
- Measure and monitor the operations projects to ensure they are aligned with the agreed target.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to come up with actionable insights, initiatives and projected impact, in a data-driven manner.
- Drive process improvement , cost optimization initiatives, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare a business report to inform the stakeholders regarding the result of the evaluation.
- Assist Business Operations Manager to produce a solid and meaningful long-tail initiatives.
Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent. 1 - 2 years of experience in preferably analytical roles. Fresh graduates with stellar profiles are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in e-grocery, logistic or retail industry is a plus.
- Passionate about operations management.
- Good communication skills and along with the ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong structured and logical thinking to solve unstructured problem and translate strategy to actionable initiatives.
- Great communication skill to define, describe, elaborate and explain a particular thing.
- Willingness to learn new things and passion about problem-solving.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
