Job Description
- Supervise and guide the local on-site telemarketing teams in Indonesia.
- Optimize the performance of management and operational processes while providing support to call center teams.
- Analyze business data, make adjustments based on the results, and act as a trainer to enhance agents' skills.
- Be familiar with CRM systems, maintain communication with the HQ team from China, and coordinate with the local post-loan business department.
- Understand telemarketing processes and techniques.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze the performance of each agent.
- Attention to detail: Monitor performance effectively.
- Proficient in English: Capable of communicating with the HQ team China.
- Teamwork skills: Collaborate effectively with the operations and dedicated divisions.
- Telemarketing experience: Prior experience is beneficial for understanding telemarketing processes.
- Bachelor's degree: Minimum educational requirement.
