Job Description
- Conduct in-depth market research and validation to identify high-potential opportunities and assess supply-demand gaps.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing founding teams to execute business strategies effectively.
- Manage and allocate seed funding ($500K - $2M) to drive lean and agile business execution.
- Develop and validate end-to-end business strategies to ensure scalability, sustainability, and product-market fit
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as Lead Position
- Experience in leading a team of < 10
- Deep industry knowledge & network
- Work with up to 2mn Seed Funding

- Proven experience in business development, operations, or brand management.
- Strong skills in market research and business analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue and brand growth.
- Leadership experience in managing and scaling teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive operational excellence.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationship management.
- Experience in consulting, investment, or related industries is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
