About The Role
Tentang Anak is a fast-growing parenting company with multiple product lines ranging from nutrition, personal care and intellectual property. Data drives everything we do. We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Business Intelligence, to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help our teams move faster and smarter. This role is critical to building a trusted data environment and accelerating decision-making across the company.
What You’ll Own
- BI Solutions Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that directly influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Insight Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into effective BI solutions and actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness across all BI outputs.
- Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the company, enabling non-technical teams to make informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine methodologies, automation, and reporting processes to shorten delivery times and increase impact.
What Success Looks Like
- At least 5 mission-critical dashboards actively used by leadership and operational teams to make key decisions.
- 90% stakeholder satisfaction score on BI outputs in quarterly surveys.
- Average reporting turnaround time reduced by 30% through automation and streamlined processes.
- Documented and adopted BI governance framework ensuring >95% accuracy in business-critical reports.
Requirements
You’re a Fit If
- You have at least 5 years of experience built and delivered BI solutions in a fast-paced environment, ideally with multi-product or multi-market complexity.
- You have a proven track record of turning data into decisions that drive measurable business results. You can explain complex insights in clear, simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
- You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is part of the challenge.
- You take ownership from start to finish and follow through until results are achieved.
