Job Description
- Support in maintaining and updating SKU-level dashboards (platform and hub) to highlight performance trends for Commercial and Operations teams.
- Assist in analyzing category, SKU, channel, and hub data to surface issues or opportunities and contribute to margin-focused recommendations.
- Help coordinate tasks and timelines for quality-control, sourcing, campaign, and pricing initiatives; assist in post-launch tracking and consolidation.
- Contribute to investigations of quality incidents by supporting root-cause analyses and following up with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing concise insight packs (slides or dashboards) for management and contribute to process improvements as the business scales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field.
- 1–2 years in business analysis, commercial support, or retail operations—preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or fresh food categories.
- Analytics Skills: Solid Excel/Google Sheets.
- Retail Fluency: Basic understanding of key retail metrics (margin %, velocity, OOS, CVR) and quality-control needs in fresh & frozen categories.
- Soft Skills: Structured thinker who enjoys working with numbers, works well in cross-functional teams, and adapts quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, hands-on, and proactive in spotting opportunities and driving small process tweaks to completion.
