LianLian Global is seeking both full-time & intern Business Development Strategist to join our team in Jakarta. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with businesses and enterprises, and other partners to accelerate our growth in Indonesia. The Business Development Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, legal, compliance and marketing to deliver strategic business development.
- Approach B2B/B2C Clients on multi-channels (Facebook community, E-commerce Association, Referral)
- Build & maintain relationships with future Clients to understand their online businesses
- Build your own personal branding, demonstrate what values you can offer to gain the Client’s trust
- Constantly support Clients with their onboarding process and account management
- Consult and answer Clients’ problems related to their E-commerce business
- Help the Client's business take off with a good business plan and the advantages of embracing a corporate model for their business, as opposed to an individual approach
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our products
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Proficient English skills
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- 1-year experience, (fresh graduates are welcome).
- critical thinking skills, and natural leadership abilities
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
- You’re interested and eager to learn about the Fintech industry, E-commerce platforms, and Cross-border Payment.
- You have a sharp & strategic business mindset which you can confidently use to close contracts with E-commerce Entrepreneurs
- Strong communication & negotiation skills in both English and Indonesia
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability in tackling challenges
