Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company's presence in the digital top-up and gaming product industry. Your main focus will be to drive sustainable business growth through client acquisition, strategic collaboration, and solution development aligned with market needs.

Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Growth Planning

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand market reach in the digital top-up, game voucher, and digital payment segments.
  • Increase profit from the Top Up No Limit feature through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with resellers, gaming communities, distributors, and platform providers.

B. Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Lead negotiations and close deals with B2B clients such as resellers, agencies, or gaming platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to address their needs and concerns.

C. Solution Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored campaigns and offerings that align with market demand and client goals.
  • Provide strategic input on product bundling, loyalty programs, and payment methods to enhance competitiveness and customer engagement.

D. Industry Insights & Competitor Awareness

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital product innovations, and competitor strategies.
  • Leverage market insights to develop innovative approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

E. Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales growth, channel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and new opportunities for improvement to leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in business development, digital sales, or channel partnerships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems is preferred (top-up, payment, gaming distribution).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer-driven promotions, and gaming community dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
