Job Description
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing Jess No Limit & Sisca Kohl's upcoming business' market presence. You will align strategies and ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Growth Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets in the direct/agencies segment.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
B. Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
C. Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Provide strategic input on product offerings to align with client demands and market trends.
D. Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Apply extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including influencer marketing, ads trends, social media, and content marketing.
E. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
- Provide regular reports to founders on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Experience:
- At least 4+ years of experience in business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing multinational clients/agencies accounts and working with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge:
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies, including Influencer Marketing, Ads Trends, Social Media, and Content Marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of the health and wellness or FMCG industry is a plus.
