Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Call Booking & Pipeline Ownership
- Manage and respond to inbound leads across phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social platforms.
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls, demos, or discovery sessions.
- Proactively re-engage inactive, stalled, or previously lost leads to secure booked calls.
- Conduct warm and cold calls to accelerate decision-making and overcome inertia.
- Take full responsibility for achieving consistent, high-quality call bookings.
Proactive Outreach & Initiative
- Identify alternative methods to reach prospects when standard follow-ups are ineffective.
- Propose and test improvements to messaging, scripts, channels, and follow-up strategies.
- Operate independently with strong judgment and a results-oriented mindset.
- Treat call booking as a core revenue function, not an administrative task.
Communication & Relationship Management
- Communicate with near-native or native-level English proficiency in a confident, articulate, and professional manner.
- Build credibility quickly with founders, executives, and high-profile individuals.
- Handle objections with composure and maintain momentum toward scheduled calls.
CRM, Reporting & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, follow-up activities, and pipeline stages.
- Track booking performance, show-up rates, and conversion metrics.
- Share insights with sales and marketing leadership to improve lead quality and messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign feedback and optimization.
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior SDR / BDR / Appointment Setter, ideally in high-ticket services, agencies, or B2B environments.
- Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or higher) — written and spoken.
- Strong phone presence and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM platforms and modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Close, Apollo).
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple pipelines independently.
- Willing to work on Nigh Shift (8 PM - 5 AM WIB)
