Job Description

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
  • Utilise various tools and platforms to generate and manage a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or services.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives.
  • Understand client needs and pain points through active listening and questioning.
  • Provide an initial assessment of potential clients' needs and determine their interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to help refine outreach strategies.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Share market intelligence with the marketing and product teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and sales pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in using lead generation tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
