Job Description

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s IT products and services (such as website development, web applications, and business systems).
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
  3. Perform prospecting activities through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking to generate qualified leads.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs.
  5. Present and explain the company’s IT solutions to prospective clients.
  6. Collaborate with the technical or project team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
  7. Maintain and update lead data and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
  8. Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets while staying updated on technology trends and competitors in the IT industry.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or similar role, preferably in B2B environment (experience in IT industry is a plus).
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to engage potential clients and understand business needs to identify solution opportunities.
  5. Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  6. Familiar with CRM or sales pipeline tools is a plus.
  7. Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Good time management and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
