Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account merchants to drive sales growth.
- Identify and engage new strategic partners to support BNPL expansion.
- Manage daily operational tasks related to BNPL products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, etc) to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze market trends to develop and execute effective marketing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or similar role within the E-commerce, Financial Services, or Banking industry.
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Team management experience is an advantage.
