Job Description
- Identify new opportunities to grow the business and expand the market
- Prospect and pitch to potential sales leads and also maintain the leads
- Prospect partnership leads for Partnership Division to execute
- Develop effective sales strategies to promote and sell the agency services (KOL, SMM, Campaign, In-House Production)
- Manage end-to-end project on an ongoing project
- Negotiate sales contracts and business terms with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
