Job Description
- Conduct thorough market research and feasibility study to provide strategic insights related customer demands and hotel development projects.
- Communicate and present company hospitality services and solutions to potential clients.
- Optimize proposals and business presentations to address client needs and market demands, supporting business growth.
- Conduct negotiations with potential hotel owners on business proposals and management contracts.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional collaboration with business units and external partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners and potential clients.
- Oversee hotel development coordination to ensure operational readiness and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality business development or similar positions, with at least 3 years in managerial level.
- Having strong analytical & hospitality business modelling skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do business travels.
