Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets including designing and overseeing the product market fit, special sales promotions, campaigns, or discounts to boost sales
- Focusing on building and strengthening relationships with high-value clients or key accounts to drive long-term growth and profitability
- Accountable to manage the initiatives to improve and streamline the sales process, including the adoption of CRM systems, or sales automation tools
- Developing daily, weekly and monthly sales plans based on historical data and market trends. Translate sales plan to SKU forecast to keep balance between fulfillment and waste
- Be data driven to generate analysis and insight for sales reports and strategy
- Lead generations, identify and target new merchants and maintain strong relationships to ensure high merchant retention and loyalty
- Providing guidance and support to the sales team, setting targets and incentives, and monitoring their performance
- Design initiative to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by managing end-to-end customer journey of each of our partners from sourcing to the last mile
- Operating as the lead point of contact for end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to the last mile
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in F&B Industry
- Minimum 2 years experience in handling team
- Experience in handling FRESH product will be a plus
- Strong networking abilities within the F&B industry
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal results.
