Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach, to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business development plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion or improvement in our service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in handling large-scale events business opportunities
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage a strong client database and expand networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly and persuasively.
