Job Description
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Drive lead generation and acquire potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Create compelling business proposals and presentations
- Set and achieve sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate deals and contract agreements
- Assess financial feasibility and risks of potential projects
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and guide senior and junior level team members
- Oversee daily technical operations and project management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in strategic partnerships, key account handling, and pipeline management
- Background in B2B sales is highly preferred (B2C depending on industry)
