Job Description

Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the distributor of K18 and GHD brands in Indonesia.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing productivity and sales, developing new business strategies, and evaluating market conditions to ensure the achievement of strategic company objectives.

This role will require strong analytical skills, market intelligence, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the productivity and sales growth for Professional Channel salons. Develop strategies to enhance sales performance across new and existing salons.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential business opportunities, understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends
  • Monitor sales performance, evaluate target achievements, and provide recommendations for improving sales and operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets effectively for business development programs, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and goals
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute business strategies and ensure the success of sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new salon openings and business development strategies
  • Provide regular reports on business performance, marketing effectiveness, feasibility analyses, and competitive insights

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience (8 years) preferably in business development & sales management, ideally in beauty, professional salon, or consumer goods industries
  • Skills:

  4. Financial management and budgeting
  5. Leadership and team management
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Advanced Excel and project management skills
