Job Description
- Design and execute business strategies to grow the scenting air subscription segment.
- Identify target markets and prospective clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, corporate offices, and wellness centers.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of scenting solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine subscription offerings.
- Provide insights to the product development team to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in subscription-based services.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of subscription models and recurring revenue streams.
- Familiarity with scent marketing, air purification, or related industries.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
