Job Description

  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the staffing industry (Outsourcing/Recruitment) and of the current market conditions 
  • Develop key client pipeline with the aim of securing revenue and sales 
  • Review client documentation such as scope of work, tender documents such as scope of work, tender documents and provide input to the management and bid team 
  • Achieve aggressive sales targets 
  • Identify and research opportunities that arise in existing markets
  • Deliver pitches and presentations to potential new client

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, or Business Development within the BPO or Outsourcing Industry
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, with experience in managing client relationships
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in using digital CRM systems
