Job Description
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the staffing industry (Outsourcing/Recruitment) and of the current market conditions
- Develop key client pipeline with the aim of securing revenue and sales
- Review client documentation such as scope of work, tender documents such as scope of work, tender documents and provide input to the management and bid team
- Achieve aggressive sales targets
- Identify and research opportunities that arise in existing markets
- Deliver pitches and presentations to potential new client
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, or Business Development within the BPO or Outsourcing Industry
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, with experience in managing client relationships
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in using digital CRM systems
