Job Description
HSEQ and Compliance
- Comply to HSEQ, IMS (Integrated Management System), Keller policies and guidelines. Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Business Development Management
- In charge of marketing or business development of the company.
- Take part in planning for business strategies, annual budget and risk & safety management.
- Focus on development of tender and business development team to meet work requirements through staff engagement (i.e. coaching, group learning and performance appraisal).
- Develop new markets and maintain relationships with internal and external clients or stakeholders.
Project Winning
- Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
- Responsible in winning projects to meet sales and profitability targets of the company
Requirements
- Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience with exposure to Project Management or Design. Experience in Business Development is required.
- Ambitious & competitive with a high drive to win coupled with a sense of urgency.
- Able to persevere and be resilient when pursing business opportunities.
- Confident and creative
- Ability and desire to influence others and with good persuasive skills
- Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills
- Passion in meeting people and above average in presentation skill.
- High integrity value.
