Job Description
- Manage and develop partnerships with talents/KOLs in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate talent/KOL onboarding, collaboration processes, and performance monitoring based on defined KPIs
- Support daily Business Development operations to ensure team targets are achieved
- Assign, monitor, and evaluate individual and team performance targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and continuously improve work processes
- Report progress and execute directives from supervisors in a timely manner
- Support planning, execution, and implementation of pilot projects for business development initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks, including employee attendance management
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major and Fresh Graduated are Welcome
- Fluent in English, as it is used as a working language
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
- Strong adaptability with the ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good teamwork and communication skills with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills and flexible working attitude
- Willing to work in morning, afternoon, and night shifts
- Actively uses social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, etc.
- Possesses good aesthetic sense and interest in styling / mix-and-match fashion
