Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring key visuals (KV) and promotional materials for partner campaigns
- Support coordination with partners on content trends and campaign execution
- Monitor daily content schedules and ensure all communications are live as planned
- Prepare and summarize monthly Proof of Execution (POE) reports
- Assist in deck preparation and distribution of monthly content updates to partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content & Marketing) and external partners for campaign alignment
- Support campaign execution needs (e.g., voucher requests, content placements, banners, and trackers)
- Help track major content schedules (e.g., sports events) and monitor partner platform updates
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and transaction settlements
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields (other majors are welcome)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Strong interest in Marketing and Business Development
