Job Description
PT Regenerasia Prima Sejahtera Abadi (Regenerasia) first dedicated provider of Cold Atmospheric Plasma+ (CAP+) technology treatments in the nation. Our core treatment is the innovative Cold Atmospheric Plasma+ technology. This non-thermal plasma treatment harnesses the regenerative power of reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) to stimulate cellular repair, modulate inflammation, and enhance overall tissue health. Please join us as a Business Development Executive.
What will you do?
- Develop and expand business networks and channels to achieve sales target
- Identify and develop new opportunities within B2C target markets
- Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships as part of customer retention strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer needs analysis, customer database, and post-sales activity
- Manage sales administration such as sales quotation, sales order and sales report
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Minimum diploma degree from any major
- Proficient in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wellness or other relevant experience in luxury industries
- Excellent communication and networking
- Confident to handle VVIP customers in a most convenient approach
- Passionate about wellness, well-being, and longevity
