Job Description
- Responsible to make good relationship with business partner through visitation.
- Presentation either to maintain the existing business.
- To obtain new pipeline and focusing in Agency.
- Explore and create database agent to acquire new business.
- Ensure business growth in agent business accordance with business strategy.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Min. 2 years’ experience in business development in agency and general insurance
- Good Communication skill both verbal and written
- Strong selling skill
- Detail and result oriented.
- Good product knowledge for each product
- Hard worker and strategic thinking
