Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities through a combination of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s looking to grow in a high-impact role in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate new qualified leads.
- Research and identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Conduct product demos and introductory calls with prospects to understand their pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track all sales activities and performance metrics regularly.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and SaaS product knowledge.

- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to manage both inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
