Job Description
This role is designed for someone who doesn’t need hand holding. You are the CEO of your pipeline.
You will:
- Drive end to end sales cycle from outreach → qualification → consultative demo → closing → handover to CX.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and others.
- Run consultative selling, understand business pain points and position KantorKu HRIS as the most practical solution.
- Hit & own monthly revenue targets: stress is welcome,pressure fuels you.
Requirements
- 2–3 year of experience in B2B outbound/hunter sales or business development is required
- Hands on ownership of outbound + full sales cycle (prospecting → close).
- Experience with buyer qualification frameworks (BANT or similar).
- Capable of delivering clear, effective, and persuasive pitch/presentation
- Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia.
- High accountability and resilience under target pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or partnership targets
- Experience in a SaaS or HR industry is a huge plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong critical/analytical skills
- Result oriented mindset
