Job Description
- Source and assess potential brands that align with growth and market expansion goals.
- Develop and execute outreach and engagement strategies to onboard new vendors, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors during their incubation phase, providing support with platform operations, campaign participation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful launch and scaling of new products.
- Monitor key acquisition and incubation KPIs (e.g., vendor count, assortment expansion, sales growth) to track performance.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide vendors with actionable insights for improved performance.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates with internal teams to keep acquisition and incubation activities aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in acquisition, sales, business development, or category management within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and insight generation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
