Job Description

Publisher Management 

  • Acquire and onboard new publishers to expand catalogue 
  • Build strong long-term relationships and serve as their key contact 
  • Negotiate commercial terms that optimize company sales and profitability 
  • Monitor and improve publisher performance based on sales, margin, and operational KPIs 

Digital Product Selling 

  • Promote and sell our new platform to publishing partners as a value-add service 
  • Understand client pain points and tailor product explanations to non-technical audiences 
  • Collaborate with product/tech team to relay market feedback and drive feature adoption 

Strategic Commercial Planning 

  • Analyze data to identify margin opportunities, pricing strategies, and market trends 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketplace, tech) to ensure deal success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, partnership, vendor acquisition, or key account management 
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills 
  • Experience dealing with publishers, suppliers, or similar B2B stakeholders 
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and explaining SaaS/platform offerings 
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders 
  • Preferred: Experience in publishing, marketplace commerce, SaaS, or tech-driven B2B sales
