Job Description
Business Development Administrator main responsibility:
- To understand the end-to-end Business Development process and ensuring the adequacy of Business-related documentation and material.
Purpose:
- Successfully created and maintaining documentation and material to support Business Development process
- Creating sales report and liaise with other departments to ensure the accurate procedure of the Business Development process
Requirements
- Perform research towards identifying potential leads
- Preparing business proposals based on understanding requirement from BDE/BRM
- Understand requirement and to respond positively with manner
- Collaborate with other parts of the organisation to understand the end-to-end Business process
- Involve in the RFI and RFP process (tender) , ensure customer’s administrative requirements are met and submitted on time
- Preparing and reviewing contract agreements
- Supporting contract negotiation process and contract signing
- Verifying Orders / Agreements and issuing invoices
- Maintaining collection data to ensure the payment terms are achievable
- Gathering and analysing sales data from BDE/BRM to compile monthly sales report
- Supporting the BDE/BRM with administrative tasks
- Attend and/or creating event to improve networking within Financial Services Industry
