Job Description

Business Development Administrator main responsibility:

  • To understand the end-to-end Business Development process and ensuring the adequacy of Business-related documentation and material.

Purpose:

  • Successfully created and maintaining documentation and material to support Business Development process
  • Creating sales report and liaise with other departments to ensure the accurate procedure of the Business Development process

Requirements

  • Perform research towards identifying potential leads
  • Preparing business proposals based on understanding requirement from BDE/BRM
  • Understand requirement and to respond positively with manner
  • Collaborate with other parts of the organisation to understand the end-to-end Business process
  • Involve in the RFI and RFP process (tender) , ensure customer’s administrative requirements are met and submitted on time
  • Preparing and reviewing contract agreements
  • Supporting contract negotiation process and contract signing
  • Verifying Orders / Agreements and issuing invoices
  • Maintaining collection data to ensure the payment terms are achievable
  • Gathering and analysing sales data from BDE/BRM to compile monthly sales report
  • Supporting the BDE/BRM with administrative tasks
  • Attend and/or creating event to improve networking within Financial Services Industry
