Job Description
The Business Development Administrator is the main support for the Modern Trade team, handling all essential day-to-day administrative tasks. Your primary focus is to ensure that every Sales Order is processed, every invoice is sent, and all documentation is neatly organized to keep our business with Modern Trade partners running smoothly.
Job Descriptions:
- Sales Order (SO) Processing: Input and monitor Sales Orders from Modern Trade partners accurately.
- Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and manage all billing documents, including invoices and tax documents, to be sent to partners.
- Payment Tracking: Coordinate with the Finance team to confirm payments (DP/Settlements) and track outstanding balances.
- Document Management: Handle administrative filings such as listing forms, promotion letters, and contract archives.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update daily sales records and partner databases in Excel or internal systems.
- General Admin Support: Provide overall administrative assistance to the BD team to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Admin background is a plus).
- Preferably 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales admin role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excel is a must: You should be comfortable handling data and spreadsheets daily.
- High Attention to Detail: Precise in managing numbers, invoices, and deadlines.
- Organized & Disciplined: Able to keep track of many documents without getting overwhelmed.
- Good Communication: Friendly and clear when coordinating with Finance or Logistics teams.
