- Generating and seeking out potential new business opportunities with partners.
- Developing and managing relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring competitor’s business and product.
- In charge of creating value in partnership with business units within ecosystem.
- Have a deep understanding of both insurance product and the partners' product to create a successful partnership.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients be it missing features, improvements, client feedback, etc.
- Collaborate with other functions to identify potential opportunities, create innovative strategies, and execute them.
- Prepare an interesting and accurate customised presentation to be presented to potential partners.
- Managing all administrative items that will allow a new business partnership to go live, for examples: internal approval, agreement, and regulatory approval.
Requirements
- Minimum having a bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Having a minimum 2-3 years managing Business Development.
- Having experience in handling B2B partnership for digital products, preferably for digital insurance product.
- Excellent communication skills, good negotiator, and good presentation.
- Adequate ability to write and speak in English.
- Energetic, mature, accountable, self-drive, fast learner, and good analytical skills.
