Job Description
- Market research in marketing, seeking new customer opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales division to meet customer or market needs.
- Develop and present the company's business development plan.
- Willing to learn updated knowledge about market developments and competitors.
- Conduct research on the company's business development on a regular basis.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with graphic designers to design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any major (preferably Business, Management, or Economics).
- Have 1-3 years of working experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to build good relationship with various people.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Good skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Willing to work in Harapan Indah, Bekasi.
