Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing team. This full-time, career-focused role is ideal for a male candidate aged 25 or older with a background in SMA/K education. In this hybrid position, you will balance remote work with office-based collaboration to drive our business forward. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leveraging your expertise in sales and warehouse management systems to deliver value to our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand our market reach; Conducting high-level negotiations to secure profitable contracts;
- Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations and client solutions;
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve long-term growth;
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 25 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Minimum education level of SMA/K or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Sales and Business Development roles.
- Strong expertise in Sales and Negotiation strategies.
- Practical knowledge or experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
