Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and transaction targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, product assortment, pricing, and partnership agreements with business partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the pharmacy e-commerce industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Develop promotional programs and campaigns with e-commerce partners to increase product visibility and sales.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for improving revenue, profitability, and partner performance.
- Prepare regular business reports, sales analysis, and performance reviews for management.
- Maintain strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, e-commerce business models, and digital healthcare trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, E-Commerce, Sales, or Commercial roles.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, online pharmacies, digital healthcare platforms, or FMCG/pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, marketplace operations, and digital sales channels.
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, negotiation, and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, revenue, and marketplace performance data.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to work at PT. Emos Global Digital, Jakarta Timur
