Job Description
1. Acquisition :
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
2. Activation :
a. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
b. Follow up existing users to re-use our product
3. Sales and Marketing :
a. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
b. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
c. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
d. Collaborate and build synergy with other organization and/or community
e. Create social media strategy and utilize social media to achieve the targets given
4. Data :
a. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
b. Provide coaching and managing marketing and sales teams
Requirements
a. Minimum 4-7 years experience in sales.
b. Experience in management may be advantageous.
c. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
d. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
e. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
f. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
g. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
h. The ability to work under pressure.
i. Willing to work onsite at Tomang area, West Jakarta
