Job Description
- Pitching the coworking space to potential clients, negotiating terms of agreements, and closing deals to bring in new tenants/members for our private office products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective members
- Actively seeking out and identifying potential clients through networking events, online research, and other channels.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities to existing members, thereby increasing revenue streams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years working experience as sales representative and other business development roles.
- Being able to communicate effectively and professionally in English
- Experience in sales generation tools (e.g Hubspot)
