Job Description

  1. Pitching the coworking space to potential clients, negotiating terms of agreements, and closing deals to bring in new tenants/members for our private office products
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective members
  3. Actively seeking out and identifying potential clients through networking events, online research, and other channels.
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities to existing members, thereby increasing revenue streams.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years working experience as sales representative and other business development roles.
  2. Being able to communicate effectively and professionally in English
  3. Experience in sales generation tools (e.g Hubspot)
