Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Analyze business performance using statistical methods and a variety of analytical tools (e.g., quantitative analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization) to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and external data to identify opportunities or challenges that impact business strategies.
- Create ad-hoc reports based on business needs and urgency to support timely and informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as retail, marketing, and leaders—to align data insights with business goals and ensure clear communication.
- Develop monthly performance reports, including analysis, insights, summaries, and recommendations, based on objective and data-driven evaluations.
- Monitor and manage the retail channel’s expense budget to ensure spending aligns with profitability goals and financial targets.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis roles.
- Background in the Beauty Industry, Retail, FMCG, or E-Commerce is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio, BigQuery, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Strong ability to turn complex datasets into meaningful and actionable business insights.
- Experience with sales reporting, performance tracking and sales records,
- Familiarity with Python (e.g., Google Colab) or Makro (e.g., Google Apps Script, Excel Macros) for automating data processing.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of commercial operations.
