Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation such as:
Business Requirement Document (BRD)
Functional Specification Document (FSD)
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Perform gap analysis between business needs and existing systems.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by ensuring requirements are validated and met.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on data and user feedback..
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in writing FSDs, BRDs, and process documentation.
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
